Hello, Dear friend. Hello, Summer.

Stayed up all night and fought the day light waiting for 2:00, to meet with my new therapist. 2:00 hit, and my therapist was awesome. She’s the 8th one in 4 years now.
Went home, and passed out after dinner. Was woken by Asacia who was very early arriving at my house, she just hung with my mom for a while, fun fun. Woke me up about 6:00, and we chilled in the studio until 7:30 hit and we begun walking to Michaels vigil over at ungers field. That was nice, saw everyone, people shed tears, laughed, smiled and broke down… But it was a success, for being a vigil.
The rain hit within the hour, all of the candles held on until the rain shook the air around us, people ran for cover. Me, Asacia, Jewels, Tessa, Michael, Cody, Dom, Zack, Shannon, and some one else, hid under a tree, until the tree wasn’t doing no good.
The rain picked up, the air turned grey and flurry like, the girls ran one way, the guys the other. We ran in the guys direction, hoping to get into Heathers house, as we got to the field, we were all blinded by the pelting rain.
We scattered across the field to find Heather wasn’t home. Great. We got lost on this side of ungers, and were already lacking sight. Mom’s calling us off the hook, and our touch screens didn’t work when wet.
Know what it feels like to have no cover?
No choice?
The rain had hold.
Me and Asacia, under a useless tree, took our soaked shoes off and made a huge run for it, across the field, up the hill.
Tired, and deprived of a dry resting place.
We kept pushing.
We were in the dark forest, past the muddy play ground and streets, feeling the ooze between our toes. We zoomed, and I mean zoomed, through the forest path to the main street. Rain still string, one or two blocks and it lost grip of our sight.
We could see.
We laughed our way home, joking and throwing movie quotes. Seeing John who got his ass kicked by Michael M. a few days before, but in air of the Vigil, nothing was said.
We got home, rain ending as soon as we got through the door.
Nice.
Soaked, wet, dripping, cold, laughing our asses off.
We announced our presence in the house and ran for the studio. Mom grabbed Asacia some cloths, and I grab a pair of mine. We changed and ate dinner, laughing and pitching jokes.
Asacia mom called, she said “Baiiriiiiy!” ending the call, and I spit up soda, laughing so hard.
We laughed all day, at every thing.
Acacia’s mom arrived, tried stealing my mothers cloths Asacia was bearing, joking of course, we laughed in the humid streets.
Asacia left, I came inside.
Today isn’t the first day of summer.
But it’s sure mine.
Hello summer 2011, nice to meet you.

R.I.P. Michael Brooks.
